Terms of Service

Our Services

• RoadSide GA provides on-demand roadside assistance — including towing, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and pre-purchase vehicle diagnostics — across the Atlanta metro area, through our website and mobile app.
• Services are performed by our technicians or by independent contractor providers who have been onboarded to our platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a service.

Bookings, Pricing, and Payment

• Quotes shown before booking are estimates based on the service type, location, and distance; the final price is confirmed before work begins.
• Payment is due when the service is completed unless you have an active membership or approved business account. We accept card payments through Stripe, plus Cash, CashApp, and Zelle where indicated.
• If a technician arrives and the service cannot be completed for reasons outside our control (for example, incorrect vehicle information), a call-out fee may apply.

Refunds & Cancellations

• You can cancel a one-off service booking free of charge at any time before a provider is dispatched to your location.
• Once a provider is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the provider's time and travel; any applicable fee is shown before you confirm the cancellation.
• If you are not present at the service location when the provider arrives (a no-show), or the service has been completed, the booking is non-refundable — except where the service was not performed as described.
• If you believe a service was not performed as described, email support@roadsidega.com within 7 days of the scheduled service and we will investigate and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Memberships

• Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and subject to fair-use limits described at purchase.

Providers

• Technicians who join the platform as independent contractors agree to separate provider terms during onboarding, including document verification, service standards, and payout terms via Stripe Connect.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false bookings, harassing technicians or customers, or attempting to interfere with the operation or security of our services.

Disclaimers and Liability

• We work hard to respond quickly, but arrival times are estimates and services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will post the current version on this page with its effective date.
